Very relaxing experience. Both ladies giving massage were very professional and had a lot of knowledge about how to stay relaxed. Loved that we could choose the scent for the oil in massage. Definitely will return.

I booked a spa treat for my sisters birthday. We arrived ontime ready to enjoy our day at the spa however were very disappointed that we had to wait 20mins to be given our towels, robes and slippers because they were "in the dryer". This meant that a total of 30mins was wasted with us just sitting in the changing room waiting for these items. I fail to understand why these things were not ready on arrival.
Once our robes slippers and towels finally came we had a lovely time, the massage and facials were both very good.
Staff need to be more organised to ensure that clients receive items as they come in. Overall despite the glitch at the beginning it was an enjoyable experience.

Had the best time! Used the spa facilities during the day (jacquzzi, moderately heated pool and a not so great steam room) and then went for our massage. The couples massage was extremely relaxing and I will 100% be doing it again!
