Halyley was lovely , attentive and very professional. The facilities were clean and nice. I will book this again.
The only thing I am not happy about was the parking situation. My appointment was 5 minutes over 2 hours (as there was a 20 minutes break between the pedicure and the massage) and I had to pay the parking for 3 hours.

They offered me tea but didn't have milk to go in the tea. With the eyebrow shaping they only pluck or wax both of which can be done at home. I wanted threading which I can't do myself. It's doesn't require expensive equipment (thread!), they have someone trained and it's hygienic as the used thread gets thrown away. I didn't have my eyebrows done in the end.
Pedicure: Hayley was pleasant and friendly. She did not just go through the motions of the pedicure but made sure she was focusing on things my feet needed and checking that I was happy with what she was doing.
