Have been to this salon a few times and was very very disappointed with my last visit. Stylist told me that’s my highlights were not very good, of course to his surprise when I said they were done by his salon the last 3 visits. The colour ended up awful as it was not pulled through ending up with a distinctive line of unmatched colour and when I complained I was told that’s what I paid for! I would give a zero star if possible and was astonished by this experience.

Staff friendly but blow dry was quite poor - I could have probably done what the stylist did myself. I asked for volume and he didn’t create this look - so it felt like a waste of money as I could have achieved the same look myself at home.
