Nice haircut, but appointment was running 20 mins late with no apology, hair was all over the floor, and hairdresser actually pulled me up from the hairwash sink by pulling the towel around my neck rather than asking me to stand.

Dimo and the team were amazing! I had such a nice experience and it's the first time I can say a hairdressing appointment was genuinely fun. Dimo was hilarious, he was so chatty and friendly even though it was my first time at the salon and that alone made me want to go back, before I'd even seen the result of the highlights, but the highlights are so good that I will DEFINITELY be going back.
I was blonde for about 2 years before I let my natural hair colour grow out, then randomly decided to book with Primmo to go back blonde for a change. The price was really low compared with other places around which was the first part I loved, yet I haven't stopped getting compliments on the highlights. The key things to note are that Dimo knows his stuff - the highlights look natural and are blended well, he has managed to get as close to the root as humanly possible so there is no horrible line of where the foils went and he used plastic foils which I liked better than the traditional foils. He was also really efficient at applying the foils which meant I wasn't in the salon for 2.5-3 hours as I have been in the past.
I genuinely can't wait to go back again and I'm incredibly excited about the result of this treatment. If you're considering it, I'd say go for it!

I'm always nervous to try a new hairdresser but the staff at Primmo put me at ease immediately. Dimo listened to exactly what I wanted, offered his advice for my very fine hair and gave me the best cut I've had to date. Looking forward to my next visit!

I have tried other places for highlights, paid a lot more and have not been happy with the result. Dimo knew exactly what I was after and the result was perfect and very reasonable. A full head of blonde highlights, natural looking, not streaky and brassy tones gone!
