Very friendly staff but highlights were not good. Rushed out at the end with 2 stylists rough drying my hair, which wasn't what I would call good customer care

felt like a slightly rushed 'last slot of the day' appointment, cut and blow dry lacked the finishing touches. Can't argue with the quality of the cut though, Dimo is a very skilled hairdresser who understands my fine hair type very well!
