Keep up selling from I entered the room to the time I left the place. The facial was not long because the most of the time was listening to the benefit of different treatments. I couldn’t use the steamer for a long time. The lady couldn’t up sell me when the steamer’s noise was disturbing her to talking about their products. So she turned it off.

I came back to Primas MediSpa for the first time since the Pandemic and was happy to find that things were still as good as I remembered even with new staff and restrictions. I would always recommend this place for efficient and friendly service and expert treatment.

Tatjana very polite and pleasant but my Hollywood wax was the worst I ever had. It was done in 5 hot wax strips! It hurt so much! It still hurts now! 2 days later! And it’s of even that clean waxed. There is a lot of hair left. Please don’t get me wrong, I’ve done it before. Even been burnt with too hot wax and even that didn’t hurt this much! Won’t be coming again
