My facial was amazing and my therapist was lovely and really took care in it. My only issue is that the spa is quite open plan so while I was having my treatment I could hear the hustle and bustle of the main reception which wasn't very relaxing.

i went here after booking last min manicure, when i visited the salon, they said they did not have time and need to contact for treat well for refund. very unfriendly and did not even apologise.
