Not a good experience at all. Booked an appointment with Drita over a month again and upon arrival get to know that my appointment is not with her which is shocking. They simply changed the therapist but cannot be bothered telling the customer. Didn't see any difference after the treatment so not sure if it was done correctly or not. Not happy as it was my first visit so will not try again as I am disappointed with the poor service.

Recent experience with this spa hasn’t been satisfactory. Always delay in the start of the treatment time and not always with the therapist of my choice. Seems there is communication gap in between reception and therapists.
