Had a wash and cut here the hairdresser was very gentle throughout the process she was also very knowledgeable about hair types and told me how I could improve the condition of my hair.

I visited because the salon is near my house, wasn't sure what to expect but the staff were very nice and I was completely satisfied with my colour and trim. Will go back.

VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - do not go here. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I have never been so unhappy with the service and result when getting my hair done.
The hair colour is not what I wanted and I actually had to cut my hair myself to even it up after she had finished with it. I also paid for a hair treatment which I did not get.
The woman who did my hair was rude and aggressive. I asked to see an example of the colour she would use and she wouldn't show me. When I saw that my hair was uneven and asked her to even it up I was told it was my fault for moving my head around. I asked her to put some layers in and was given the impression that this was the most inconvenient request in the world - by this point I'd completely lost my trust in her so just left it, leaving with wonky, brassy hair without the layers I'd wanted.
The whole experience of terrible customer service and results has put me off completely - it is not good value for money, don't take the risk.
