Booked an appointment given the good reviews. My treatment was pedicure + massage...WORST PEDICURE EVER!! and NO MASSAGE. The lady who did the pedicure was rushing as she was also the hairdresser and was in a hurry to attend other clients. Pedicure was actually painful as she treated my feet as hooves and ended up with scratches on my insteps as she had rings which she didn't remove. Horrible treatment and a total waste of money

Haircut was average. The stylist didn't know what the Treatwell voucher was and had to phone her boss to ask. She wanted to put layers in my hair even though I didn't really want them. I probably won't return even though it was very cheap. They threaded my brows for an extra £7.
