I didn't feel comfortable from the greeting as I entered to the sliding door on the room I was waxed in. I have been waxed so many times but this one was extremely painful.

For what I wanted this was perfect. Just a quick trim :) the lady who cut my hair was very sweet, and the price was definitely right. Thank you very much :)

They didn't even know I was coming and tried to change my booking. No massage chair or even a comfy chair, just a bench with a cushion which got uncomfortable for a 1 hour 15 min treatment. I wasn't even offered anything to drink nor magazines, thank god I brought a book! Water wasn't warm for my feet to go in. Scraper/loofah was stainless steel and she was not gentle at all, it was painful! Massage was so quick and not that great. I questioned why the polish was put on before the paraffin wax and she was so rude. Usually you do the wax first and then the polish as the polish can take a while to dry. I did ask how long it was going to take, as I had another appointment and we were already running 10 minutes late. That is when she was extremely rude, didn't even apologise for the confusion and late running. My feet were put in the wax (after much complaining from the lady) and then wax was taken off after a minute! What a complete waste of money! Maybe this is a better place for a quick mani/pedi but if you are looking for a place to relax whilst you get some pampering, then this is not the place for you!
