I had to wait as I arrived for my appointment. The hairdresser could not advise very well nor looked like she was having a good day, and the salon was aged.

Those overall store was clean but the waxing room was very small and seemed like an add on to what was supposed to be a hairdressers. The staff were very uninviting and made me feel uncomfortable despite having been waxed multiple times before - even worse for my friend whose wax was her very first. The treatment itself wasn't satisfactory and not very thorough and has left me with a lot of after pain that I have never experienced before. Would not return to this salon.

AVOID!
I had asked for a one length bob and to keep my hair as long as possible. I ended up with a graduated bob which is pretty much a crop on the back AND layers all over. I had even showed the stylist a picture of a one length bob,at her request, before she started cutting!
I don't know if I just went in on an off day as previous reviews have been favourable which is why I went in the first place, but I will not be going back again! Ever! And not least of all because it's going to take at least 6 months to grow this cut out. Not happy.
