Awful, awful service. I booked for highlights and they totally ruined my hair big white streaks after I asked for 'subtle'. After I said it wasn't what I'd asked for, she wouldn't put a toner on it to rectify it. I ended up paying £60 elsewhere to get it rectified. Don't waste your money.
