It was a very disappointing experience overall. It was a rushed job, the therapist finished with my pedicure in about 35mins whereas the booking said it’d take about 50mins..huge difference! When I said the nails on the big toes are different size, the therapist gaslighted me saying it isn’t and filed my nail a bit and then laughed at my face saying it’s the same size. I wish I could upload a photo.Also the other therapist didn’t clean the equipment for another client which is concerning.

This is my second time there , first time I had a lady she did amazing nothing to complain about beautiful mani-pedi . Last time my nails not great I had to ask a few time to have them fixed. In the end I give up .
