The actual BIAB I got was incredible! Great shape and all. I was taken aback by my nail tech who made multiple comments about me booking such a late appointment and even asked why I had acne (what the?!) . It made me feel really unwelcome and I probably wouldn’t come back for this reason. If he doesn’t want to work passed 5pm you should probably not have the option to book 🤣
