This lady was rough with my hands and feet. She cut the cuticles on my feet and hands so severely that I ended up bleeding. The base of my nails stung for two days. My big toe is still very sore. The use of what looks like a cheese grater to remove hard skin is not for everyone. I am not sure how experienced she was so I am giving her the benefit of the doubt. The men who work in the salon seem much more experienced.
