The appointment took much longer than expected, and I was encouraged to have nail polish when I didn’t want any which required multiple applications of base/top coat when I just wanted a natural finish. It was too pink and ended up chipping anyway after a few days. I have damage marks on my nails from an aggressive filing tool being used on my cuticles, and the skin around my nails was not as tidy as I’d expect. I could’ve done it better myself. Also please don’t make us listen to TikTok videos

Everything was great except I had an appointment first thing at 10am and I was kept waiting about 10 mins until someone arrived to open up. They were very apologetic!
