Worst experience. Therapist stood there as I got undressed for my waxing appointment and did the same as I got dressed after. Didn’t seem very experienced, doesn’t know it hold the skin to pull the wax off and left me with a bad bruise on my inner thigh. I kept complaining about the wax being too hot and now my pubic area is full of bumps and is completely red and feels like it’s on fire. I have bumps all over my legs as well which I also think the lack of hygiene could’ve contributed to.
