It was very chaotic and I had to wait an hour even with a booking. I think someone was off sick. Two days later my nails had chipped which is really disappointing as my last manicure was perfect for 6 weeks from a different salon.

The wax itself was great, it’s just a shame it’s not super clean and it’s crowded in the back room. Waxes need to be better advertised- I booked a Brazilian, I’ve been waxing for years and I know what a Brazilian entails. However, my waxer tried to insinuate I owed her more money as what I had done was more than a Brazilian, and that every salon has a different definition. I know this to be untrue, and it felt like a cheap money grab. Write descriptions of your waxes in the future.
