Really thorough scrubbing but not at all hygienic :( e.g., the towels for the pedicure were used and damp and with the previous client's nails on it. The owner was so lovely and enthusiastic and replaced the towel when I asked.

It was very chaotic and I had to wait an hour even with a booking. I think someone was off sick. Two days later my nails had chipped which is really disappointing as my last manicure was perfect for 6 weeks from a different salon.
