Usual stylist Eliot was available and so didn’t quite get the hair cut i requested. Not awful, just not the best I’ve had. Still great place

Had a good hair cut, very happy with it and got a nice head massage only downfall was that I didn't get the finish I wanted as all hairdressers always want to give my hair curls as its naturally dead straight. Definitely would go back again.

I'm disappointed at the experience, as I had booked a cut with Kennedy specifically who was my stylist last time and I had loved the result. However, despite stating my preference I was handed to the next available stylist at the salon without any explanation and the result was average. Not sure why the commitment to a treatment with my preferred stylist was not honoured.
