Didn’t have my appointment with who it was booked with. Counters were covered in hair and dust. Possibly one of my worst haircuts ever, for the most money i’ve ever spent on a haircut. Really rushed service even though it was empty. Then didn’t wash cut hair out meaning I was leaving hair everywhere and itchy all day. Wont return.
