I'm disappointed at the experience, as I had booked a cut with Kennedy specifically who was my stylist last time and I had loved the result. However, despite stating my preference I was handed to the next available stylist at the salon without any explanation and the result was average. Not sure why the commitment to a treatment with my preferred stylist was not honoured.
