The haircut is amazing, the blow dry not so much..
My hair is noticeably thinning in the front. I always get the same haircut but this time I wanted to ask for the stylist's advice. He was extremely nice and explained everything he was trying to do. There were a few times when I was nervous and stopped him to ask questions. The response was calm and informative, which really helped. I really like the haircut, but I was a bit disappointed with the blow dry as it emphasised the thinning hair. I would have preferred something that gave my hair more volume.

Lovely salon and nice staff. I was seen to quickly. The stylist was great, I was really happy with the cut and they gave me tips of how to style my hair. Great value for money with the treatwell discount.

The Hair dresser cut my hair unevenly on my first visit and did not blow dry my hair properly, it was still wet slightly.
I decided to try them again after I received a voucher but to try another hairdresser. The second hair dresser was running late to work which meant I was going to be late. They offered another stylist when I paid for senior stylist. No refund offered. I didn't have a choice as I didn't want to be late for work.

First time there and loved it. Was made to feel at ease and welcome. Ive never really been good with my hair styles - just standard straighten but was walked through the easiey option for how to get it cut.
