The staff were very friendly and the result was exactly what I expected. There was an extra charge for toner which I wasn't asked about but apart from that there's nothing negative to say.

I turned up at the salon for my appointment to be told that someone had moved my appointment and that they couldn’t fit me in. The receptionist wasn’t very apologetic and just said can you come back at 1pm however I had planned my whole day around travelling for a night out and had train tickets booked. I showed her the confirmation text I received the previous night to which she responded sayin ‘yeh I said it was there and now it’s not’ HELPFUL. I then had to leave the salon and go to a different salon to have my hair washed and blow dried costing me £24 when I could have had it cut washed an blow dried for not much more if they had had my appointment and which I am going to have to pay bcos I still need my hair cutting

The hair cut and blow dry was amazing! The salon downstairs had no atmosphere and had a lot of building work needed big holes in the ceiling etc. Would of been better with music, also to be offered a drink especially in summer!

So pleased with my hair, half head highlights and cut. Could tell my hair was taking longer than expected but the hairdresser didn't rush or cut any corners to get it done. She gave good advise of how I could make the colour last longer too. Noticed the room was needing a bit of a clean this time, hair literally everywhere and new paint job needed. Love my hair so much!
