I booked the appointment last minute on treatwell (half hour before), but they were not able to see me and called me to cancel the appointment but I didn't get their call until I'd already driven into the city centre and parked up

Had to wait a little bit but my hairdresser was great - gave me really good advice and found a volition to make my fringe look thicker which I've struggled with for a while so very happy with the end result! Would definitely go back.

Jack was excellent, very quick but the appointment didn't feel rushed, we worked together to create a cut that I am extremely happy with, he took into account that my hair is naturally very curly and gave me a cut that works for both curly and straight hair!
