The salon wasn’t as pristine and premium as expected, looked a little tired and clumps of hair stuck in the wheels of the chairs and corners etc, waiting area is in a rather precarious place squashed at the top of the stairs which is slightly concerning as the staff squeeze past you carry equipment up and down stairs! The girls were lovely and I was very happy with haircut, so for the price I think it was a good deal

I love it here, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because I think staff should always inform someone if there will be extra charge for something before commencing treatment because when I book through the app for example, I just assume the price from there will be correct unless told otherwise.
