Was made to feel quite uncomfortable throughout my visit to the point where another stylist checked if I was okay. Not the best experience.

Very happy with my hair, the stylist listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly - only slight issue is there is an extra charge for toner when you get there and it doesn’t say that on the app. Also the person you book with may not be the person you get when you’re there.

Did not receive the hair cut I asked for, was barely given any layers I asked for. Paid for a wash and blow dry and instead had my hair half dried and then finished with the straighteners. Went in with my hair the same as when I came out. Complained to the manager who was rude to me on the telephone, and did not rectify my problem.
