Even though my booking had been moved in their diary to 15mins earlier than I'd booked, and I arrived 10 mins late, they were still very accommodating and were able to fit me in an hour later. Staff were really friendly and there was a nice atmosphere. After being unimpressed with my last two hair cuts at different salons I feel I've finally found a hair salon I'll be returning to! Great price too :)

Probably one of the worst salons I have been to and especially diasapointing as its located in deansgate. The photos advertising the salon are from the ground floor however I was taken to the bottom floor which was dirty. There was hair everywhere including in the sink where I had my hair washed. I was plonked on a chair with a bag full of hairy filled brushes in front of my mirror. I asked for a tea and got it 30 minutes later. The ceiling had fixtures that had been ripped off and unpainted plaster and just generally a very tired uncared for space. But mostly the uncleanness was unacceptable, no one was sweeping up the hair from that afternoon and even my robe was dirty.
