upon arrival staff seemed lovely and i was excited to get my hair cut there, but then i realised that this wasnt the case and was ignored, asked my name 4 times and found out the hairdresser i booked with based on reviews wasn't the one doing my hair. then the lady refused to cut my hair how i wanted and cut my bob at the length it hits shoulders and flicks - the length i always get it cut shorter when i reach! she wouldnt cut an extra inch and added lots of layers to the blunt bob i asked for. its too shaped, i look alot older than 25 now and ive worn it tied up since the cut and will continue to until i can afford to get it done again.
