I wasn't happy with the quality of the blow dry. It was done quickly and the style didn't hold unfortunately. Also I booked at one rate and had to pay much more at the salon on the day of the treatment.
I booked online on Treatwell early in the week, and a staff member called me up the day after to change my appointment to an earlier time. When I went into the salon for the earlier time there wasn't a record of it and they reverted back to my original appointment slot. This wasn't a big issue as I live close to the salon.
Once there, the staff were good, and listened to what I wanted. I left the salon with my hair exactly how I imagined it, and for an excellent price too. I've been to PA a few times and will definitely be back, however to improve the experience bookings made on Treatwell could be managed and moved to the salons own system.
