The lady who washed my hair ended up splashing water in my face.
The hairdresser put minimal effort into my hairstyle. I had asked for a trim. He cut off an inch off the bottom leaving out the rest of the layers.

Firstly I got a text two hours before telling me my appointment was at 2, not 1 with no explanation. I was then told I'd have to wait 1.5 hours between colouring and my cut and blow dry as they are with different stylists. Luckily they did me a rushed trim and style with other available staff or I'd have been there all day. The staff were lovely and it's a nice salon BUT I wasn't aware they wouldn't have time to lift my colour with a quick bleach wash. I accepted this and I then agreed to putting on a basic ash dye to correct some redness. I agreed as long as it definitely wouldn't go black. I now pretty much have black hair. I have black ears too. Couldn't admit to hating it in the salon as I'm too polite and just wanted out.
