I was lucky enough to get an appointment at very short notice whilst visiting Edinburgh, and received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door. I’d gone to the salon because I was unhappy with a haircut I’d received elsewhere. Ava took the time to analyse my current cut, listened to my concerns and requirements and talked me through what she proposed to do, checking that I was happy. She was meticulous, and I’m extremely happy with the result!
