It was my first visit to Peter James after going to the same hairdresser for 40 years, so the change was always going to be difficult, but James welcomed me warmly (as did Lola) and I felt at ease straight away. He took great care and time to ask what I wanted and to look at my hair and its possibilities, and all the time we laughed . His assistant was careful and considerate in washing my hair and massaging my scalp (lovely). The whole experience was a very happy one due to be repeated soon.
