Utterly awful experience. No consultation beforehand; no protection offered for clothes (disposable paper underwear etc). Had to ask for a towel to be provided. Hot wax simply applied with no attempt to check my sensitivity to heat, or make me as comfortable as possible. Several attempts painfully waxing the same area over and over again, resulting in bruising, bleeding& sore rash. Unbelievably unprofessional& rushed - mobile continually ringing during session & at one point, took call. Terrible

Absolutely disgraceful. I travelled so far to be told that this treatment is only available after 7.30pm. I was told it was my fault & Treatwell fault. The door to the salon was locked, the only seating had bags on & the staff didn't speak English well & were rude. Why have appointments available if you don't offer the treatment at a specific time.
