Really good results, redness was a lot at first but calmed down day by day and was gone by day 3. A little painful, the EMLA did not seem to have worked on me lol. The lady was very nice and helpful, giving tips here and there and gave me some extra essentials at the end to care for my skin which was lovely. The only reason this is 4 stars is the lady did not know a lot about what ingredients she was using and why for example glycolic acid cleanser will help resurface but she just said its very good for skin when I enquired. Also she was a little harsh on the skin I could feel some tugging especially after the dermapen treatment when the skin is very sensitive I thought the massage was a little too harsh. But overall positive experience and good results.
