So disappointing! I booked and paid for my appointment in advance, I turned up at the salon and it was closed!!! I called 3 times and it went to voicemail.i left a message explaining the situation to give the owner the opportunity to call me back. However, she didn’t. I was loathe to write a bad review as I would like to support local businesses, but her attitude was so blasé and unprofessional, I felt compelled to. I hope I get my refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AT ALL

The threading was on point. They were excellent with this. However everything else was below par. The facial was pretty bad, the therapists child was present, no music, no real privacy except for some curtains. The hair cut was ok, but the hairdresser didn't really understand what I wanted despite showing a picture. Overall not impressed.
