Still have swollen eyes from a lash being glued incorrectly.
Took 2 days and multiple conversations with owner for refund.
Only received partial refund and there was very little remorse for the discomfort caused to my eyes.
No washing of hands prior to treatment, equipment not taken from a sterilising machine.
Aarti was friendly until I complained and she became argumentative.
I’d never treat a customer in the manner I have been treated.
Avoid this shop I don’t think they are qualified.
