Today I had my facial in peppermint salon and I had really bad experience in this ,really disappointed 😔 There was only one lady who was managing the saloon name ( Deqa)when I entered in with my friend Faiza and ask for treatment she said to my friend no we don't have appointment on your name on my system when I said let me call treatment bcoz we have confirmation from treat well and her saloon then she said don't call I will attend u . When I ask her can I use toilet plz she said no it's out of order and when she did my facial omg it was discussting , she don't know how to do facial massage and how to prepare customer for facial even she didn't use bowl for watery to clean my face she just stop water in a washbasin and use it " not hygienic " and during facial she was on phone and one of her colleague she entered in facial room and chat with her during facial. That's not look professional "

Very bad experience and customer service, can not use the machine and did not give massage or any proper facial. Waste of money. Asked to use toilet and they said
Flash is not working so no one can use the washroom. Not worth going and will not recommend to anyone. Wish I did not go could have done better at home by myself.
