Had a very good experience with a facial at Peppermint. Made me feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and my skin was feeling sooooo soft!

I have come to Peppermint for an IPL treatment after doing similar hair removal procedures in different places and not having the best outcomes before, my skin is extra sensitive and in the past i had allergic reactions in the more sensitive areas and even some burns, on top of that the hair grew back. At Peppermint I had a completely different and pleasant experience, the technician that did the procedure on me was very attentive to all my special needs, she was knowledgeable and professional, taking extra care to insure no harm will come to my skin, she even told me that in some areas that I wanted to get the treatment most likely won't work as the hair isn't thick enough, that saved me both money and disappointment. That is something very important that I noticed about the Peppermint staff, they care about your well being more then making a profit, when I asked about their new Laser - Lipo treatment they first asked me about my health, and after realizing I got a liver condition said they won't do it on me (even though I said I don't really mind). I had done 3 sessions of IPL so far and been very happy with the results, highly recommended saloon with lovely people!
My wife recommended me to Peppermint to wax my back. It worked beautifully, I now have no hair on my back :-)
And surprisingly it didn't actually hurt anywhere near as much as I thought it would. :-)
I have had a facial & a massage at Peppermint Beauty, on both occasions I was welcomed by friendly staff & felt relaxed straight away. I had never had a facial before & was pleased that the technician asked questions about my skin & any allergies & took time to explain to me what she was going to do so there were no unexpected surprises, at the end my skin felt wonderful! The massage I had was excellent, relaxed me completely & was very beneficial for my back which I have lots of problems with. The staff are professional & always willing to discuss treatments & will give advice based on your needs & requirements, even if this means putting you off a treatment that you might not respond well too, customer care is obviously at the top of their priorities! Highly recommended.
This was a gift from my husband and children I had many treatments before and I was impressed by the facial. The therapist really seemed to know what she was doing. The luxury spa pedicure was nice, they have a private room that has the feeling of a hut on a tropical island and a massage chair to sit in while your pedicure is being done. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday treat.
