The beautiful and very skilled staff who was just fabalous. As I didnt have long hairs for easy waxing, she was patient and methodical to ensure I didnt suffer unneccessary pain or discomfort afterwards. Grateful to her. Thank you. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have skilled and caring beauticians to visit them.

I went to this salon for the first time for a facial and massage. My therapist would nice however I found her lacking in experience or basic etiquette for a salon. She was chewing gun and had her phone on vibrate in her pocket so during her massage the whole bed would buzz. The bed wasn't made correctly for a massage and there was no massage face pillow so it was very uncomfortable. The bed was pushed against the wall so I feel that the therapist couldn't move around the bed to massage all parts of my back. For my facial again there was no pillow and my head was in the hole. She used cold running water from the tap rather than a warm bowl of water. She didn't ask me any questions about my skin and what I wanted out of the facial nor did she tell what she was going to do with my skin and what products she was using. When coming to pay the bill there was no communication except for a mere gesture towards the card machine to pay. I would not go back again or recommend to anyone.
Therapist was lovely,made me feel really welcome.Had a deep tissue massage and facial.Felt really relaxed and stress free the whole day after the massage!
