I went to this salon for the first time for a facial and massage. My therapist would nice however I found her lacking in experience or basic etiquette for a salon. She was chewing gun and had her phone on vibrate in her pocket so during her massage the whole bed would buzz. The bed wasn't made correctly for a massage and there was no massage face pillow so it was very uncomfortable. The bed was pushed against the wall so I feel that the therapist couldn't move around the bed to massage all parts of my back. For my facial again there was no pillow and my head was in the hole. She used cold running water from the tap rather than a warm bowl of water. She didn't ask me any questions about my skin and what I wanted out of the facial nor did she tell what she was going to do with my skin and what products she was using. When coming to pay the bill there was no communication except for a mere gesture towards the card machine to pay. I would not go back again or recommend to anyone.

Had a very good experience with a facial at Peppermint. Made me feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and my skin was feeling sooooo soft!

I have come to Peppermint for an IPL treatment after doing similar hair removal procedures in different places and not having the best outcomes before, my skin is extra sensitive and in the past i had allergic reactions in the more sensitive areas and even some burns, on top of that the hair grew back. At Peppermint I had a completely different and pleasant experience, the technician that did the procedure on me was very attentive to all my special needs, she was knowledgeable and professional, taking extra care to insure no harm will come to my skin, she even told me that in some areas that I wanted to get the treatment most likely won't work as the hair isn't thick enough, that saved me both money and disappointment. That is something very important that I noticed about the Peppermint staff, they care about your well being more then making a profit, when I asked about their new Laser - Lipo treatment they first asked me about my health, and after realizing I got a liver condition said they won't do it on me (even though I said I don't really mind). I had done 3 sessions of IPL so far and been very happy with the results, highly recommended saloon with lovely people!
My wife recommended me to Peppermint to wax my back. It worked beautifully, I now have no hair on my back :-)
And surprisingly it didn't actually hurt anywhere near as much as I thought it would. :-)
