The facial was wonderful, really cleansing and refreshing. The massage was okay but the room was very cold! I did communicate this and was given a blanket but then some time later the fan in the very small room was turned on which made the area being massaged very cold indeed! The pedicure was fine but still has some rough skin at the base of my feet.

The salon was very nice, and staff were very welcoming.
The actual treatment part was okay and the lady was friendly.
The waxing was very messy and method used was different to other salons I have been to. Cleanliness could have been a bit better too.
It was not a bad experience at all but could have been better.
Value for money was good. I would return again.

My original appointment had been cancelled on the day of the appt due to staff emergency to the following day. On the following day I received a call from the venue informing me that my appointment is overlapping with another appointment and because the other appointment had been booked a week ago I should be the one to change my times in order to not disrupt the other clients appointment.
Venue looked nice and modern.
There were only one staff at Peppermint. The staff Shelby was nice and friendly.
As for the waxing I felt my skin was not held taut before pulling off the waxing strip causing unnecessary discomfort and having to go over the same areas causing sensitivity. While at the venue I pointed out missed areas which she then went over again.
There were a large area at the back of my thigh which she had missed as well as bits of hair here and there. I felt the attention to detail were poor.
Unfortunately I will not be returning to the venue again due to this.
