i had to wait 15 minutes to get seen and then when i was being waxed, it seemed like the lady had never done it before. the wax was applied in sporadic patches and her gloves kept getting stuck in the wax.

New woman working there seems like she doesn't have an experience at all. She left half of hairs and it was painful. She looked like she was not quite sure what to do. While I have been this procedure for ages
