Having been unhappy with the outcome of my previous appointment, the salon offered to re do my nails for me. This time round they were excellent and I came out extremely happy with my nails. On top of this the way they handled the complaint was extremely professional and I felt like a valued customer. I would definitely come here again for my nails.

Probably the worst Brazilian waxing I have ever had. I usually have Amara and she is great! But this time it was a new beautician and it was like she had never used hot wax before. The appointment took close to an hour (when it says 20 mins on Treatwell), she created a giant hole in the hairs, left a lot of hairs elsewhere and left bits of wax all over my skin. Overall a very bad experience, especially considering the price!
