I was seen to right away which was grand, however they didn't have the clippers in so couldn't give me an undercut, which was a little disappointing, though I understand they have just begun hairdressing, so it is understandable. I also left the salon with damp hair and it would have been nice to have it blow dried before I left. Otherwise, a great haircut, and I've had lots of compliments on it.
