I am so disappointed by my last acrylic infill and gel manicure. Jenny always runs late and I am left sitting for 15 minutes for her to arrive at the salon (I try book the first appointment of the day at 10am). Twice now she has rushed through my removal, shaping and application. In this last appointment she filed into my skin and I was left bleeding. The files, file drill heads and tools are always covered in acrylic dust and residue and not sanitised between clients... Even though I was the first client of the day. It is so easy for nail infections to spread especially when a dirty drill head is used on open skin. As this last manicure started chipping within 3 days I went back in last Friday to see when they could accommodate me to fix it. I got the runaround between being told they are fully booked, must sit down and then being told again that they don't have time. I'm so disappointed as they came highly rated and I've had 3 sets with them already. Hopefully they take time to arrive a little earlier, clean their tools and files and be on time for client appointments.
