Generally a good place but I feel like difficult designs can’t be achieved here. I arrived 15 minutes late to the venue due to rush hour after work however the time it took to complete my nails was slightly over bearing. I arrived at 4.45pm and didn’t leave until 7.45pm. They were over booked and I wasn’t getting as much attention as I normally would here. The ladies are great very friendly and will always help out however I think it needs to be slightly better organised with the time it takes

Absolutely brilliant - friendly staff, clean environment, offered drink, which I have never experienced - pedicure was great - my pedicurist took her time and gave a brilliant service - I would most definitely be going back and will share this brilliant and friendly experience with my friends
