I’ve been coming to paintbox for a few years now and have always given it 5 stars. Both Kelly and Jenny are so lovely and give beautifully finished shellac manicures.
This time I had a male technician who’s manicure wasn’t up to the same standard. He was pretty rude, the cuticle removal was quite painful and he was very obviously annoyed when one of my nails had to be redone. Not a great experience.
