I usually have good ratings for Paintbox, I have been their client for 4 years now. This time I had my polish removed and prepared for a Shellac Manicure.The person doing the manicure couldn’t be bothered to ask what shape I wanted for my nails or even if I wanted to cut them, he just went straight and shortened and shaped as he liked.I complained about it and he fixed the shape. He then proceeded to put the shellac (I choose clear)even though I could still see the red polish I had.

Lovely staff! My eyebrow threading wasn’t very good though-had several small cuts under my eyebrows from where skin was nicked afterwards
