Slightly late starting and wasn’t quite sure where to wait. Located inside a sports centre and sports centre staff weren’t especially helpful. Also kicked both me and the therapist out as they where ‘closing’. Therapist was great, very friendly and helpful. Adapted treatment to suit needs appropriately. Great value for money, would happily return and recommended.

Room was smelly and very dirty. The gel product she used didn’t work (she said the product was off and had air bubbles) so the gel shrunk under the UV lamp. She ended up having to scrape off what had set with acetone and I left with nothing as she said all the products would do the same to my nails. Absolutely horrific experience and my nails are damaged now.
