Options is a small friendly salon that makes you feel a valued customer from the moment you arrive ! I wasn’t kept waiting for Taylor to take me into the treatment room . She was very professional and explained clearly what I would experience before she began.
The room I was taken into was very small and my feet were on the wall. I could also hear voices and footsteps from next door so better sound proofing would be beneficial. However the ambience was generally calm and relaxing!
